Easy!Review

The Easy!Review™ is a complete peer review tool. It is offered as a stand-alone tool as well as integrated into the Easy!Flow™. There are different levels of reports available for different roles within an organization. For example, a manager can run a high-level review summary to get a quick status view. Or an author can run a report that details per-file comments so s/he is able to easily incorporate relevant comments into a particular file. Besides providing an efficient and easy-to-use review tool, the Easy!Review™ keeps all review comments and records, which are none editable, for any regulatory audits.

There are two types of reviews available: (1) Individual review, in which each reviewer reviews every requested file, and provides comments. (2) Group review, in which a review is conducted in a group setting and is guided by a moderator. Regardless of the review type, a click-and-show link is provided so a reviewer can easily call up a file without having to find out and specify the file location. Moreover, each file showing in a split pane with old version and diff’ed version is ready for review. No hassle, no printed material, and it saves time, paper and toner.
